Firefighters knocked down a fire late Tuesday at Du-Par's Restaurant on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.
More than 50 firefighters responded to the fire at about 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 12000 block of Ventura Boulevard. The fire, which damaged the kitchen and an office, was knocked down after about 20 minutes.
One man, who identified himself as a manager at the business, was treated for smoke inhalation, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The restaurant is closed during the investigation. A cause was not immediately determined.
