A small earthquake was reported Wednesday morning southeast of downtown Los Angeles.

Shaking was reported in Downey, Paramount, Long Beach, East Los Angeles, Lynwood and downtown Los Angeles, according to visitors on NBC LA's Facebook page. The quake was reported at 9:22 a.m.

The location (map) was two miles southeast of Los Angeles and about two miles northeast of Huntington Park, according to the United States Geological Survey.
