Earthquake Rattles Simi Valley

A preliminary 2.7-magnitude earthquake rattled the Simi Valley area on Tuesday night, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The temblor struck at 10:14 p.m. at a depth of 6.7 miles, the USGS reported.

There were no immediate reports of damages.
