In a horrible shooting, police said a woman was shot three times in the face by her husband – who also shot his children – and survived.
The shooting was reported Tuesday evening at 10 p.m. in the 1400 block of East 51st Street in South Los Angeles.
A 51-year-old husband was accused of shooting his 39-year-old wife in the face three times, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Division said.
The man then was accused of shooting his 16-year-old daughter in the back and the bullet came through the front of her chest, the LAPD said.
The man then allegedly shot his 8-year-old son in the leg before turning the gun on himself, police said.
Police say the shootings began with a family argument.
