A person died and another was hospitalized after a fire broke out at a house in Pomona Friday night.
Firefighters were dispatched to the blaze on the corner of San Raphael Place and Los Felis Drive at around 9:59 p.m, a Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman said.
One person died at the scene, and another was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
