One person was killed and four others injured in a shooting in San Bernardino Monday night, police said.

The shooting occurred in a strip mall near Baseline Street and Waterman Avenue just after 11 p.m.

Three of the five victims were found inside the N D Vape smoke shop. A fourth person was found outside the smoke shop on the sidewalk. That person died from their injuries.

A fifth person was found behind the smoke shop near Stater Bros. grocery store, according to San Bernardino Police. That person had run from the smoke shop, but collapsed shortly thereafter.

Four of the victims were men and one was a woman.

The victim who died was a 24-year-old man from Banning, California. The surviving victims are in the hospital in stable condition.

Police are looking for the two men responsible for the shooting, who fled the scene. Investigators say some of the victims may have also fired shots.

The shooting was the second at the same intersection in as many days, and there have been several other shootings at the same intersection in the last few years.

NBC4's Jacob Rascon contributed to this report.
