Flasher Exposes Himself to Woman at East LA Park

Police are hunting for a man who exposed himself to a woman in an East Los Angeles park.

The flasher parked his black four-door Toyota next to the victim, who was sitting inside her car, at Obregon Park on 4021 East First Street at around 4:25 p.m on February 11, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.

When she looked over after he managed to get her attention she saw he was exposing himself to her.

The suspect, is described as a being between 30 and 40-years-old between 5'06 and 5'08" tall, around 200 lbs, and had black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue shirt and blue and white shorts. A sketch of the man has been released.

The suspect's vehicle had the possible partial plate 6WPK.
