A former treasurer of an aquatics club was behind bars Wednesday on charges of embezzling about $266,000 from the Fullerton-based organization.
Tracy Lynn Noseworthy, 42, was the treasurer of the Fullerton Aquatics Sports Team organization from 2012 through last year, Fullerton police Sgt. Jon Radus said.
She was arrested Tuesday night on a warrant charging her with multiple felony counts of computer access and fraud, burglary, making false entries in records or returns and embezzlement.
Noseworthy, who is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, also faces multiple sentence-enhancement allegations of aggravated white-collar crime exceeding $100,000 and property damage exceeding $200,000, according to court records.
