But long-lasting, liked-by-many events can also reach the sixteen-year point, and while they may not have some of the hallmarks of a bash thrown for a human, they do have the ability to please many humans in one fabulous fell swoop.
Take Subaru Summer Jazz Nights, a staple seen — and heard — in the Central Courtyard of Hollywood & Highland come July and August. It's the 16th annual year for this free treasure, which invites people to stop by and wind down as the beginning of the week melds into the middle.
And it will do so again, over five Tuesday nights, beginning on July 9 at 7 o'clock.
