With all sorts of development expected to eventually spring up around the new Gold Line extension in Boyle Heights (who knows when it'll happen), what kind of prices will property in the area fetch?
Here's a new Loopnet listing for a not great-looking site at 4652 3rd Street -- the seller is asking $1.5 million for 15,000 square feet*. Meanwhile, Metrorider is citing internal Metro documents that state the line will open November 14th.
