The LA County Department of Public Health needs your help.

In return, you get a free flu shot.

The department and Providence Holy Cross plan to deliver H1N1 flu vaccinations Sunday at the Sunland Recreation Center. To do that, they need volunteers.

Officials said volunteers do not need special training. Volunteers will receive a free H1N1 vaccine and lunch.

The clinic is scheduled for 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. Call 818-577-0726 for information or visit the health department's website.

The H1N1 vaccine is being targeted to groups at high risk: pregnant women, people who live with or care for children younger than 6 months of age, healthcare and emergency medical services personnel, persons between the ages of 6 months and 24 years old, and those with chronic health disorders or compromised immune systems.
