A 25-year-old man who suffered minor injuries while hiking near the Hollywood sign Tuesday was hoisted off the mountain by a Los Angeles Fire Department helicopter.
The call came in at 6:58 p.m. from 3649 N. Woodview Drive, Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
He was flown to a hospital in stable condition, Scott said.
