In-N-Out Pop-Up Creates Long Queue in London

When In-N-Out opened a pop-up location in London Wednesday, Brits queued for hours for a chance to try the California staple.

Some Londoners took to social media to document their In-N-Out experience, and the long line that came with it.

An Instagram video posted by @indieboy showed people standing in the line which seemed to wrap around the block, waiting for their chance to try the famous double-double and animal fries. According to the post, the pop-up location sold out after four hours.

Another Instagram post from @theburgeraddict shows the London menu was changed slightly, calling the french fries we all know and love "Crisps" instead.

Yet according to a statement from Carl Van Fleet, In-N-Out’s Vice President of planning and development, it does not look like In-N-Out will be opening a permanent restaurant in London soon.

"We have done events like this before in other countries and they are just one part of our efforts to promote and expand our brand as well as determine the best way to continue reaching out to customers around the world," Van Fleet said in a statement. "These events also help to protect the In-N-Out Burger brand in important regions like Great Briton and Europe. We do not have any immediate plans to open permanent restaurants there but these special events will help us make future decisions."

Either way, it looks like this patron enjoyed this "exceptionally well structured burger."
