An alleged serial burglar was apprehended and now police are looking for the rightful owners of more than 150 recovered items.

Frank Chibbaro (pictured, below) was arrested Jan. 1 on suspicion of at least six burglaries, according to police. The 38-year-old allegedly used spray paint to blind surveillance cameras in underground parking garages during the thefts.

Police recovered the suspect's Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which contained the stolen merchandise, police said.

"In the seven years that I have been here in Rampart, I have never seen this much property recovered from one single individual, and it appears that this gentleman is -- on a scale of one to 10 -- he's a 10," LAPD Rampart Detective Lt. Joe Losorelli said.

The recovered items ranged from electronics to cameras to hats to shoes, and even a clarinet.

Victims looking to reclaim stolen items were asked to call LAPD's Rampart Division at 213-924-2451.
