Horse racing in Inglewood could soon be coming to an end.

A horse racing tradition that began back in the 1930's could be heading toward the finish line as owners of Hollywood Park want to pave it over for a mega-shopping center.
The Inglewood City Council considered the plan on Wednesday night.
