The 60 Freeway in Hacienda Heights reopened Thursday morning after a fatal collision involving a big rig, authorities said.
The collision was reported around 4:12 a.m. near Hacienda Boulevard on the eastbound 60 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officers said one person was trapped underneath a big rig.
