Belmont Shore is becoming a problem for residents who say the noise from people having fun at local bars and restaurants is becoming unbearable.

Trouble is brewing in one of the Southland's favorite places, Belmont Shore in Long Beach. 

Patrons of bars and restaurants are getting on the nerves of residents in the area. 

The residents say there's too much noise and it's almost unbearable to live with the nighttime goings on.

Long Beach City officials are studying the problem.
