A group of men broke into a Long Beach home early Wednesday and attacked two residents, but it was not immediately clear whether anything was taken from the residence.
A man and a woman were sleeping inside the home when the men entered through the front door. The victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries at a hospital.
The home invasion occurred in the 2900 block of Daisy Avenue at about 2:45 a.m. The subjects were last seen driving from the scene south on Daisy Avenue.
