Chargers Sell Out Season Tickets at StubHub Center

Available season tickets for the Los Angeles Chargers upcoming games at StubHub Center in Carson have sold out, the team announced Monday.

But there's still hope for fans who made placed deposits on tickets but didn't get them.

Teams often place holds on "several thousand" additional tickets for players and their families, visiting team use, community relations and promotional purposes. Some additional seats might be freed up from those tickets might be released to the public, the team said.

"This may help satisfy a portion of the remaining high demand," according to a team statement.

Season tickets ranged in price from $70 to $375 per ticket per game.

Season-ticket packages include 10 games -- eight regular season games and two pre-season games -- meaning the lowest-priced package was $700 for an upper-level seat in the north end zone. A lower-level seat in that area cost $1,350 for the season, while a seat in the south end zone cost $1,650.

The most expensive seat, costing $3,750 for a season ticket, was on the lower level in the center of the west sideline, behind the Chargers' bench.

Season-ticket holders and other people who placed a $100 deposit on tickets will have priority to purchase seats at the new Inglewood Stadium, which is expected to be ready for the 2019 season.

StubHub Center is located on the California State University Dominguez Hills campus in Carson. Capacity for Chargers games at StubHub Center will be 30,000 seats, with approximately 3,000 premium and field seats, 46 suites, 16 cabanas, and 10,000 on-site parking spaces, according to the Chargers.

The Inglewood stadium, with an estimated capacity of about 80,000, is expected to include 275 luxury suites, more than 16,000 premium seats and have nearly 3 million square feet of usable space. The overall project has a price tag estimated at about $2.6 billion.
