Four men in Desert Hot Springs mistook Domino's "Mix and Match Deal" for a "mix and steal deal."

The men, two of them armed with machetes, ordered a pizza Monday night. When the deliveryman showed up to a home in the 13700 block of Mountain Top Drive, the robbers took $30 in cash and $30 worth of pizza, said police Sgt. Dan Bressler.

The pizza pilferers were last seen driving south on Mountain Top Drive in a white Honda Accord, said Bressler.

Many years ago, Domino's Pizza gave us the tagline "Avoid the Noid." Perhaps it's time for an update: "Avoid the Noid ... and men with machetes."

Anyone with information can contact police at 760-329-6411.
