Police have arrested a man accused of forcibly kissing a teenage girl on the cheek and offering money to another girl, officials said.
Jose Ismael Amaya, 67, was arrested Friday on suspicion of child annoyance, according to the Montebello Police Department.
On Wednesday, Amaya allegedly went up to a 16-year-old girl and kissed her as she waited for a bus, police said. On the same day, a 12-year-old girl reported a man with the same description offered her alcohol and money, officials said.
Investigators said they found a third girl, 11 years old, who said she was confronted by him.
A witness who saw his photo on the NBC4 News called police on Friday, officials said.
