A man was shot dead in a West Covina strip mall parking lot late Wednesday.
Officers found the body on the 800 block of West Christopher Street after they responded to reports of shots being fired at 9:46 p.m, a West Covina Police Department spokesman said.
He was discovered behind a goodwill store and social security office.
