A man who allegedly committed more than a dozen armed robberies in the San Fernando Valley using an AK-47 assault rifle has been arrested, police said Monday.
Jason Paul Holman, 34, was arrested Sunday after allegedly robbing a fast food restaurant and fleeing in his vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said Holman hit 16 locations, targeting gas stations, mini-markets, fast food restaurants and pharmacies during a one-year span.
Holman allegedly entered the locations pointing a partially concealed AK-47 assault rifle at the victims and then demanded money, according to LAPD.
Holman was booked on suspicion of armed robbery and was held in lieu of $16 million bail.
