    Mother May Have Taken Kids to Mexico Without Father's Permission
    Crystal Juarez, 28

    Police on Monday sought the public's help to find a mother who may have taken her young son and two daughters to Tijuana, Mexico, without the permission of the father, who has full custody of the kids.

    Crystal Juarez, 28, is described as 5 foot 6 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. She has a tattoo on the back of her neck that reads, "Humphrey Park."

    Her son, Gabriel Vargas, 10, was described as 4 feet tall and weighing 80 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and black shorts.

    Ruby Vargas, 7, is 3 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 60 pounds. She was wearing a blue blouse, jeans and Spider-Man shoes.

    Lily Vargas, 6, is 3 foot 4 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. She was wearing a white shirt, zebra print pants and pink shoes.
