Two vehicles overturned on the eastbound 118 Freeway early Saturday, prompting a Sig Alert for all lanes.
At approximately 2:11 a.m., Los Angeles California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a multilple-vehicle crash on the freeway.
The incidient happened west of Topanga Canyon in Chatsworth.
One person was transported to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
As of 4 a.m., all lanes were reopened.
Officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
