Octomom’ Nadya Suleman and her troop of 14 kids may be hitting the bricks soon.

A man claiming to hold the mortgage on Suleman’s La Habra home is threatening to repossess the property, saying the mortgage is overdue.

Amer Haddadin told ABC 7 that he sold the home to Octomom’s father, Ed Suleman, in March of 2009. He claims a $450,000 payment due earlier this month was not made, and several recent payments were late or missed altogether.

This has prompted Haddadin to start foreclosure proceedings against the single mother of 14, who gave birth to octuplets Jan. 26, 2009.

"What they are doing to me is not right, and I am going to take it to the courts, for foreclosure,'' Haddadin told ABC7. "If it wasn't for me to help them to get the children out of the hospital, they would not have the children in the house, so I was the kid saver.''

Octomom could not be reached for comment.
