A pickup crashed into a building Monday afternoon on Vanowen Street in Van Nuys.
The building, the Center for Healthy Living, is in the 15000 block of Vanowen Street (map). One person was injured, according to an LAFD alert.
Details regarding the individual's condition were not immediately available.
A sign outside the building identified it as a senior and adult health care center.
Eastbound Vanowen Street was closed between Sepulveda Boulevard and Columbus Avenue as crews attempted to remove the vehicle from the building. The front end of the pickup crashed through a wall facing Vanowen Street.
