Plan Aims to Help Dodgers Neighbors Dodge Traffic

Residents living around Dodger Stadium may soon be getting some relief from the traffic jams caused on game day.

The Los Angeles City Council on Friday approved a transportation study aimed at helping residential streets that become clogged with cars on game day, NBC4 media partner KPCC reports.

With things like navigation apps directing drivers off major roads and onto smaller side streets, local residents are feeling the crunch.

"It continues to get worse, which it seems like how is that possible?" said Judy Kameon, who has lived in the area for 30 years.
