Police Ask for Help Finding Bible Store Robbers in Hemet

The store and police released surveillance video to help find the robbers

Two men who were caught on camera robbing a Southern California Bible store last week were being sought by police.

Police are trying to identify the two men who robbed the store in the 100 block of N. Harvard Boulevard in Hemet around 11:25 p.m. July 23, according to the Hemet Police Department.

In a store surveillance video, the thieves can be seen searching through the store's merchandise and stealing items before running out of the door.

In a Facebook post on July 25, The Bible Bookstore said the men stole a Samsung tablet, about 30 T-shirts and 20 rings valued at $9.99 each.

Police were asking anyone with information to call 951-765-2324.
