One person was killed after a shooting in South Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
The shooting was reported about 1 p.m. near Western Avenue and 108th Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The victim, a boy, died at the hospital within hours of the shooting, officials said.
Three people were being questioned by authorities, and officials said the shooting may have been gang-related.
