The driver of an SUV surrendered to police after leading them on a pursuit in which he ran through neighborhood stop signs and nearly struck other drivers in the Carson area Friday.
The driver was wanted for a felony warrant, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
At one point, the driver cut across a sidewalk and through a fuel station at a busy intersection. The pursuit came to an end when the driver stopped on at a neighborhood street corner and surrendered.
The man appeared to speak with a woman standing on the sidewalk before getting out of the SUV.
