The crash happened about 6:20 p.m. near Old River School Road and Firestone Boulevard (map).
It initially knocked out power to 2,300 customers in the area, according to a spokesman for Southern California Edison. By 10 p.m., some 1,243 customers were still without electricity.
After midnight Wednesday, eight customers remained without power, according to Southern California Edison.
