A runner-up Powerball ticket worth $7 million was sold by a minimarket in Manhattan Beach, California Lottery officials said Sunday.
The ticket was sold by Speedi Mart at 975 Aviation Blvd., just south of Manhattan Beach Boulevard. It bears numbers 3, 12, 31, 34, and 51, but it missed the winning Powerball number, which was 24.
The big jackpot was an estimated $90 million, and it went to a winner in Colorado.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Powerball number is 1 in 175,223,510, according to the Powerball website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 31.85.
