3.9 Magnitude Earthquake Reported Near Big Bear: USGS

A preliminary 3.8 magnitude earthquake was reported about 3 miles northwest of Big Bear at 1:24 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS upgraded the earthquake to a 3.9 magnitude.

Residents as far away as Bellflower and Burbank reported feeling the earthquake.
