Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a 17-year-old Reseda boy who family members fear is heading to Florida after developing a phone and internet relationship with an adult there.

Azure Rosas was last seen by his mother when she dropped him off at Reseda High School on Friday around 7:30 a.m.

Rosas’ mother has not seen him since, and said he is in need of medication. She also believed he may have headed to Miami to meet up with an adult that he interacted with over the phone and internet, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.

Rosas was described as white with brown hair, brown eyes. Rosas is about six-feet three-inches and weighs around 135 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.
