Officers rammed into a vehicle and left the driver with no place to go at the end of pursuit Wednesday morning in a Glendale neighborhood.

Glendale officers were pursuing the vehicle in a residential area when the driver entered a cul-de-sac. A patrol vehicle sent the car into a spin before two other officers blocked the drivers path out of the dead-end street.

One of the patrol vehicles slammed into the front passenger side of the car, shattering the headlight and prompting the driver to run. The driver, wanted in connection with an armed robbery report, was quickly apprehended on a nearby sidewalk in the 1100 block of South Glendale Boulevard.

Details regarding the armed robbery report were not immediately available.
