RECAP: Giants Stomp Rams 17-10 in London

The Los Angeles Rams got off to a fast start in London, but a tipped interception for a touchdown brought the New York Giants level before halftime

At Twickenham Stadium in London, the New York Giants came from behind to beat the Los Angeles Rams 17-10 on Sunday.

LA started the game strong and took an early 7-0 lead, when Tavon Austin caught a 10-yard pass from quarterback Case Keenum. By the end of the first quarter, LA led 10-0 and looked on its way to a much-needed bounce back victory after losing two close games in a row.

Instead, Keenum's pass hit off Austin's hands and found the comfortable mitts of Giants safety Landon Collins. Collins put together a special run that deceived the Rams' offense with a couple change of direction moves and claimed a 44-yard return for a touchdown. With Robbie Gould converting a field goal earlier, Collins leveled the score at 10-10, which is where it would stay at halftime.

Gould had only recently joined the Giants following a domestic violence controversy with kicker Josh Brown, who had been put on paid leave by the NFL.

After a back and forth third quarter, the fourth quarter featured fireworks and, more accurately, the Rams going down in flames. Keenum started the quarter with another pass that was tipped up into the air by Austin and found Collins' hands. This time, the quarterback was at fault but Austin managed to tackle the Giants' defender.

Six plays later, the Giants were celebrating in the end zone, when Rashad Jennings ran in for a one-yard touchdown.

On the next possession, Keenum threw another interception. This time, the Rams had put together an 11-play drive that concluded with an interception in the Giants' end zone.

After a tough defensive stand by LA, the Rams' offense got the ball back again. Another 11 plays brought LA to New York's 15-yard line with 50 seconds showing on the game clock. Keenum appeared to call an audible at the line to pick up a blitz, but due to miscommunication, Keenum's floated ball to the end zone was easily picked off by Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

One kneel-down later, the Rams had lost three in a row and finished the day with a 3-4 record. The Giants, meanwhile, improved to 4-3.
