Four American Red Cross evacuation shelters have been established for people displaced by the storm-related evacuation order:
- La Canada Flintridge High School, 4463 Oak Grove Drive, La Canada
- Sunland Park Recreation Center, 8651 Foothill Blvd
- Marie Kerr Recreation Center, 2723 West Rancho Vista Blvd.
- Palmdale-Glendale Civic Auditorium, 1401 N. Verdugo Road, Glendale
