Arrest Made in Taco Bell Murder Case

An arrest has been made in the case of a 20-year-old man who was shot and killed while waiting at a Taco Bell drive-through in Rialto.

Joshua Huizar was in a car at a Taco Bell window in Rialto at about 1 a.m. April 11 when a gunman demanded his wallet, according to police. Police said Huizar handed over his wallet but was shot when he tried to drive away.

His girlfriend was in the car but she wasn't hurt.
