Four people were taken to the hospital in Pico Rivera Wednesday after an SUV slammed into an apartment building, fire officials said.
Speed appeared to be a factor in the crash, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department's Pico Rivera Station.
The crash was reported just after 4 p.m. at Rosemead Boulevard and Mines Avenue.
The conditions of those sent to the hospital weren't immediately available.
