Emek Hebrew Academy in Sherman Oaks was put on lockdown Thursday morning after someone ran through the campus with security officers chasing after the person.
The Los Angeles Police Department was notified just before 10 a.m. of the incident.
The lockdown was lifted less than an hour later with the search for a suspected armed man coming up empty.
No further details were available.
