Snoop Dogg to Raise Money for Japan Relief

"Keep your head up Japan," Snoop said in a statement.

Snoop Dogg is lending a hand to the relief efforts in Japan.

Neff Headwear and the wrapper have teamed up to raise money for those affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami. The duo have designed a Japan relief t-shirt in which all profits will be donated to Operation USA, an international relief agency.

"I got so much love for Japan that when I heard about the recent disaster I knew I had to do what I could to help," Snoop said in a statement.

Fundraising for Japan has been lower than expected and Los Angeles-based Operation USA hopes that the wrapper will help raise awareness.

"There's a perception that financial need is not as great as Haiti," Alison Deknatel, Director of Communications for Operation USA, said. "Having the support of Snoop, we hope that this will raise awareness that there is need."
