What? No traffic for a thief?

An armed robber managed to rob three businesses – off three different freeway exits – in thirty minutes.

And yet it takes the rest of us an hour to get home from work.

All the robberies took place in Anaheim – just off the 91 Freeway.

The gunman first hit the Circle K convenience store at East Riverdale Avenue and Tustin Avenue at 8:30pm last night. Ten minutes later he robbed a Mobil gas station on Lakeview Avenue. Ten minutes after that, he hit the Shell gas station at Imperial Highway and La Palma Avenue.

The robber fled with cash only from each of these locations, and no one was hurt during the incidents.

At this time no arrests have been made and police say the suspect is described as being a thin black man between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 7 inches, wearing a hooded jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Anaheim Police Department at (714) 765-1900.
