Officers searched Wednesday morning for at least three individuals after a brief high-speed chase that began after a burglary report and reached speeds of more than 70 mph.
K-9 units joined the search for the subjects in Gardena, where the pursuit ended in the 15900 block of Crenshaw Boulevard. At least two subjects were taken into custody early Wednesday. The search for the remaining individuals was called off at about 7 a.m.
It was not immediately clear whether the subjects were armed. A search perimeter was established near Crenshaw and Redondo Beach boulevards, where authorities said they found ski masks and tools used in the burglary.
