Restraining Order Issued for John Mark Karr

A court commissioner in San Francisco has issued a restraining order against John Mark Karr, the man who falsely confessed to killing JonBenet Ramsey in 2006.

This time, the order was sought by a 19-year-old San Francisco woman who claims Karr had been sending her death threats and threats of sexual exploitation of children in e-mails.

Samantha Siegel told the court she was concerned for her safety since Karr knows where she lives, where she goes to school and what she looks like.

In her request for a restraining order, she wrote Karr has "seriously threatened to hunt me down and kill me by any means necessary."

Spiegel said she met Karr 10 years ago when he worked at a school she attended.

The court, however, has not been able to serve Karr with the order since no one seems to know where he is.

There are news reports indicating he is or was in Seattle and that he's cross-dressing as a woman named Alexis Valoran Reich.
