Teen Dies After Gang-Related Stabbing in Victorville, Police Say

    A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing a teenage boy outside of a Victorville houseparty early Saturday.

    Carty Larue Jackson was arrested Saturday afternoon, hours after the 16-year-old boy died at a local hospital. San Bernardino County sheriff's investigators said they suspected the stabbing was gang-related.

    The teen who died was from Adelanto, officials said.

    The stabbing occurred in an alley outside a house party in the 14600 block of Mesa Drive (map).

    Witnesses told NBC4 they heard yelling and screaming outside at the time of the attack.
