LAPD Releases Video of 3 Thieves Burglarizing SFV Home

Police released video on Saturday of three thieves entering a San Fernando Valley home in March.

The homeowner's surveillance camera captured the March 2 incident in the 17800 block of Martha Street in Encino, according to a Los Angeles Police Department Facebook post.

At about 3:55 p.m., two men and a woman entered the home, where they managed to steal a 5-foot safe, police said.

One of the thieves looked directly at the camera, allowing his face to be visible before knocking the camera out, police said.

All three managed to escape, police said. Another man was seen leaving with them, according to the LAPD video.

All three of the thieves were described as being 17- to 20-years-old, police said.

One of the men is described as a weighing 145 to 155 pounds and standing 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10, police said. The other man appears to have brown hair, brown eyes, stand 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weigh 155 to 165 pounds.

The woman appears to be 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 130 to 145 pounds, police said.

The man leaving with the thieves appears to be 30- to 35-years-old, police said.

Police describe the vehicle as a 2007 to 2011 Lexus GS350 Black, that has a "310" paper plate over its front license plate with a possible custom chrome panel between front and rear door.
