Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies Monday are searching for a black luxury car in connection with the shooting that left one person dead and two other people wounded near a popular West Hollywood nightclub.

The shooting took place at Guys & Dolls about 2:10 a.m., according to the Sheriff's Department. Police are looking for a Bentley or Rolls-Royce with the partial license plate of 5783G.

According to the LA Times:

An argument broke out between two groups as the club was closing, and gunfire was exchanged between two cars, [Los Angeles Sheriff's Cmdr. James Lopez] said. The valet, a Latino male who was not identified, was killed in the crossfire, he said.

The man who was killed died at the hospital, a department spokesman said. The identities of the victims have not been released.
