USC Football Avenges Last Year's Loss to Oregon State
The Trojans continued their winning ways over the Beavers, holding on to a 42-36 victory, avenging last year's loss in Corvallis. USC has won the last 22 straight meetings against Oregon State when playing at the Coliseum. The last time the Beavers left Los Angeles with a victory over the Trojans was 1960--when a gallon of gas was only 31 cents.
