A woman called police to report a man filming up her skirt at a TJ Maxx in Tustin. Jane Yamamoto reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013.

An Irvine man was arrested when a woman called 911 after he got on the floor of a TJ Maxx in Tustin and used his phone to take pictures up her skirt.

Kristina Campese said the man was invading her space while she shopped on March 22 at the Park Avenue store.

But when the man blocked her from moving, she felt trapped.

“He was physically down on the ground,” Campese told NBC4 in an exclusive interview. “I was like ... are you serious?”

She eventually was able to get away from the man and calmly dialed 911.

Brian Joseph Eastman, 25, of Irvine, was arrested in connection with the case, police said. Police said they seized several “upskirt” photos and videos, apparently taken at stores and homes.

Police are asking that if anyone feels they may be one a victim or anyone who may have seen Eastman at any businesses in Orange County to call Tustin Police Detective Natalie Nguyen at (714) 573-3253.
